Sides of Beef and Beef Quarters
For those people that have the storage capacity, the Village Butcher Shoppe offers “full sides” and “quarters” of beef to help you save money. Unlike when you purchase a full cow from a farmers, we build these packages from today’s modern cuts so there is no guessing on the quality of beef you are getting.
