Beef Sides & Quarters

For those people that have the storage capacity, the Village Butcher Shoppe offers “full sides” and “quarters” of beef to help you save money.  Unlike when you purchase a full cow from a farmers, we build these packages from today’s modern cuts so there is no guessing on the quality of beef you are getting.  Packages range from 350 lbs for a full side of beef to approximately 185 lbs. for the quarters.
