Beef Sides & Quarters - These are packages that assemble from Wholesale Cuts of meat to produce what you would get if you purchased an animal from a farmer. The best part purchasing a side like this is that we take the guesswork out of the quality of the meat that you get. When you purchase a ½ of a cow from a farmer, you are not sure if that animal is going to be USDA Grade Choice, Select, Utility or Prime.
